Heater Cables
My son's friend has a 1970 Buick Skylark. When he bought the car the heater did not work, I looked at the system 1 of the cables was cut and the other is frozen. I looked through Hemmings and called a few places only one said he would call back, but never did. Does anyone have any ideas?

It is a heat only car no AC.
