Or if you are into making your own, you can take a look in my journal for one way you might do it.
I made my bulkhead by massaging some copper fittings to fit. I then used a normal after market chrome hose kit (below) to connect to the block. I made the "dress up ring" shown on the left in this picture from a short length of aluminum tubing. Here is how the bulkhead looks from the engine side of the firewall. The arrow notes a small copper ring soldered to the end of the bulkhead to prevent the hose from popping off. And with the hose kit connected. And finally, a shot of both hoses connected up to the bulkheads.
