HEATING question (didn't know where to post) Help Appreciated

I have a 2000 chevy s10, 5 speed with the 2.2 motor. Just recently the heat will not blow out of any vents except the dash (no defrost, no floor). the controls appear to be working (can hear the ac clutch engage when switched to defrost). I haven't torn into it much since i do still have heat just it blows in your face only. All fan speeds are working correctly. Any help in diagnosing would be appreciated. Thank you.

Could be a vacuum issue or the blend door could be broken messing with the flow through the duct work. JMO
