Welcome Bubba,
You sure have a lot of nice cars there, a 23 with a nail head, the 29 with a AOD, and where is Sun Valley Nevada? I googled it, you're just north of Sparks off of 395. You're not too far from me, I'm off of Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Have some good t-bucket friends in Fallon, Nevada and we get together on numerous occasions during the cruising season. Hope we can hook up. I have a 1923 Track-T powered by a small block Chevy 383 stroker and five speed manual. Last edited by deckofficer; 12-03-2011 at 10:23 PM. |

Thanks for the reply
Hi Deckofficer; Yep, Sun Valley is right where you said it was. Thanks for comments on our rides. Your Track T is sweet. We used to belong to the Reno T Buckets, but the club went away. We mainly hang out at the A&W on wednesday nights and Summit on Friday nights. We love cruising up to Virginia City when we can. We are somewhat limited as the Missus has M.S. and she can only do so much. Neverless she loves the cars also. Hope to see you sometime since we are nearly neighbors.

I'm sure our paths will cross, I do Tahoe, Reno, Carson City, and Fallon. Also I hit nationwide all the T-bucket only events such as the Buckethead Bash in Mountain Home, Arkansas, the end of the season at Fred's Fun Run in SE Arizona the first weekend of November, the 101 Fun Run in the San Diego area. General hot rodding events during cruising season 1st and 3rd Monday at Hog Wild Ribs in Placerville, 1st and 3rd Thursday at Deb's Frosty in Shingle Springs, and the 2nd Saturday at Speed's Diner in Plymouth. The Sierra foothills are alive with the rumble of hot rods.
And of course Yosemite ![]() Coloma, where John Marshall discovered gold. ![]() ![]() Fred's Fun Run ![]() Bob |
