Hello, hope I know some of you

Hi, good Saturday afternoon, I have been a Streetrodder for more years then I care to remember. I think I posted some photos. I have only recently found your great forum. I have been a member of HAMB but I personally haven't had a good experience there, I post in sincerity but seem to get smart alec answers back. For 50 bucks a year it could be a little friendlier. I did have a question and was seeking some info when I came across you website. I bought a new streering wheel, Banjo style it came with a generic horn button. My horn button is under the dash. The new wheel has one that has a chrome cap and a male spade connector on an aluminum plate and comes with a 6 inch wire that looks like a ground wire. I'm a fair mechanic and thought I at least understood the basics of auto wiring. But I'm scratching my head on this one. Does this scenario sound familiar to anybody?

Thanks so much, I thought I was alone today, I didn't build the car. I found in real bad shape and rebuilt it. The Streering wheel was last on the list. It's a hot and a ground I just don't know which gets attach to the new horn button.
