Welcome to Hotrodders from another Pontiac nut! Are you building yours for the street only or maybe street/strip? Some pictures of your project would be good. My goat is strip only.

Nice Goat!

Mine is a street rod. Not stock.

When I bought the car it had a 30 foot paint job on it and a few small dings. The head liner and carpet were new but the interior was far from complete. For the power train it had a worn out Chevy 350 punched 40 over, very low oil pressure, mismatched shorty headers, and a Saginaw 4 speed. It ran fairly well considering the condition of the motor. The drive line was held on with all thread bent around the universal joint. The brakes would try to put you into a wall. It had vibrations and rattled like crazy when driving. The shifter was so worn out you couldnt tell what gear you were in. The wiring was a nighmare all hacked and spliced everywhere. Definately a project car and a work in progress but after almost a year it is like night and day. I will see if I can post up some pictures.

Thanks Ted

Howdy and welcome, I'm just up the road from you in So. Utah. Been building a '32 Ford Victoria for a L O N G time, had a chevy in it but sold that and built a 507" Cadillac. From the old days at Lions I fell in love with the '61 Catalina with the 421, looked for a long time to find anything but no dice......still would like to have one.
