Did Your new computer fix the problem? My Brother has this exact problem and he has gone through 4 computers. His suburban was in the shop for 30 days and finally last night we towed it home. The mechanic supposedly tried everything.

I have seen this issue a few times. It turned out to be a bad ground cable one the back of the engine. Is is a braided cable and they were rotted right off.

Having similar missing issue

After researching around, I wanted to know if changing the computer at the dealer solved the engine missing issue? I've been replacing parts and have run out of options other than distributor and computer. Thanks

You're gonna have to do some tuning after putting the stroker in.The added displacement is gonna drive the computer nuts & will most likely cause a lean condition. You will HAVE to have a chip burned for it to run anywhere near rite. You will also need to add an adjustable fuel psi regulator & raise your fuel psi.More than likely you may need to increase injector size also.
