Remove the cylinder heads and strip them down. Home port them using a felpro #1205 intake gasket as a guide. Have them shaved down .050" and get new Lunati #73943 valve springs. Reinstall with a felpro #1094 gasket.
This will get the compression ratio up and kick up the air flow.

Now a cam swap will actually do something positive.

Use this Lunati cam

For max performance install 8 new 1.6 ratio stock style rocker arms on the intake valves only . 1.5 is fine on the exhaust.

If your holley dominator manifold is the old single plane X style, ditch it for a modern dual plane hi rise "RPM " manifold.
If your holley dominator manifold is the #300-36 dual plane hi rise, its a keeper.

I would trash the heads. really hard to polish a turd.

sure, you can get 300hp out of a stock set of heads and a mild cam, but a good set of heads will make 350hp with the same mild cam.
