I'm new to all of these, so try and bear with me. I have a 350 small block that I want to rebuild, and drop into my 61 chevy shortbed. I want performance out of my 350, but I'm shooting for the best gas mileage to horsepower rating, i.e. I'd like 20 MPG, but will settle for a little less for more performance. I'm starting with the bottom end and I'm going to build the whole thing up. I'd like it to accomodate regular gas, but I'll run it off of super-unleaded only. I'd -prefer- to avoid having to use AV fuel or additives, but am willing to, depending on the performance changes. I'd also like my engine compatable with Nitrous. I know this is a lot to ask, but Can anyone out there help me with this? I'm doing as much research as I can, but I figured this would be the best place to come to for information from people who really know what they are doing. So, if your willing to help me, and give the specs or what sort equipment I need to get, I would greatly appreciate the help. Even a push in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks in advance to everyone who's going to help me. :)
