Help Building a 350sbc

I currently have a wore out 350 that i run in my demolition derby cars and want to do a complete rebuild this winter. I was just looking for some ideas/help on where to start as far as pistons, cams etc.. Im looking to get alot of bottom end and torque out of it without spending a fortune. Remember guys this motor is for my demo derby cars, not every day drivers or track cars.. Thanks for reading

Try to maintain weight and mass. No headers or aluminum. Use a really low gear 4.10 plus. If allowed change the radiator location.
