help building 383

hey im looking to start building my 383 for my 65 nova.

Im using a 4 bolt block
im unsure about what rotating assembly to use
i plan on buying a set of brodix IK 200 heads.
what im curious about is what kind of cam should i use and what should i be looking for in a rotating assembly? also should i use a t350 or a t400? im planning on this being a street strip car

More information needed. How much power do you want to make, torque, gearing, budget.

im looking to make under 500 horses (450?) and around the same torque ive yet to put gears in (empty third member) but was thinking around 323 so its still streetable and im looking to keep it around $3500

The cam you'll have to use will not like 3.23 gears.

what would you suggest that could still be driven a few miles on the free way (25 max)

9.5:1 to 10.0:1 static compression ratio, camshaft 230 @0.050", 3.90:1 to 4.11:1 rear gear.

how would 3.70:1 run its in a ford 9 inch with cadillac rear drums
