If you title your threads to show what you're wanting help with you'll get more responses.

Also, use some punctuation, reading a post like this can give people headaches, literally.

I've renamed the thread.

it's easy to build 450-500hp out of a 400, the 4bolt main in a 400 is weaker than the 2bolt main, but a 4bolt main will still hold 450ish hp. i think that the 215 runner is a bit large, it could easily be done with a 200cc head (DART iron eagle platinum heads, have some mild bowl and guide work done to them) you dont need forged internals, find a Scat cast steel 3.75 crank (for the 400, not 383 they have different journals) Scat 4340 5.7 rods, and then look for a hyper piston that will give you around 10:1 compression with the 5.7 rods and a 64cc head, or a 72cc head. i dont know the rest of the set up of the car but i would suggest a cam in the area of 236-242 @ 050 with 110-112LSA and with .550" lift, put with a performer rpm intake, 1" spacer, and a 750DP this will be 475hp/490tq all day long
