I have an Autolite 4100 carb and I'd like to know what spacer would be recommend to use with it?
Also, is there any advantage to using 2" over 1" and tapered bores versus non?
Much thanks,
i have ran a cheep 2" carb spacer on my sbc and it was rated to improve the fuel mileage and it did by close to 1-2 mpg power diffrence not all that noticeable. thought for about 20 bucks i had no complaints. i beleve that it provides a better air fuel mixture

Every specific engine buildup/combination will like something different. There is no way of knowing.
