are you taking the engine out to do the heads?
I like dart/AFR and some edelbrock heads,we just need to match the flow to the cam and requirements.I would take the engine out and regasket/seal engine,pick a cam(roller hydraulic) and small runner heads that fit your needs,IE: E-tecs/dart SHP or equivalent.

not your only choice but one of the better choices
summit cylinder head pn SUM-162111.
