Unhappy Help with crate 350, Parts to make it mild!

Ok guys, I have a new GM 350 crate motor and want to make it mild. But have limited funds....The motor has everything but the intake, dist, water pump. I would like to put a CraneCam with Adv Duration of 274, and Gross lift of 450". Will this cam be to big for the stock heads? And it's going to have a Performer intake (Edelbrock). With a 650cfm carb, a stock dist. Dyno max headers and super turbo mufflers dual strait back (no cats). And the motor is going in an 86 chevrolet truck with a four speed. Do you guys think that this will work? or is the cam to big. HELP?? Any info wold be great......

Sounds like a nice cam, but Crane would know for sure if it's right for your set up. Give them a call, tell them what you said in your post, and they'll give you the best cam for your situation.
