dose any soul have an idea where i can locate this part
dealerships dont carry this, nor dose the basic refraccionaria shops,
all parts shops are claiming that it is too big for a front crank
maybe they are not familiar with this curio of a engine block seal
for it is the first for me,
it is ready to go back in to the engine bay
all i need is some direction of locating the seal

the seal is placed on rim of the hole front of block
then covered by the power stearing pump

dimensions in Standard Inches

full diameter is aprox 3 5/8
inlet diameter is aprox 2 7/8
surface of the the seal is 2/8
sleve lenght is 3/8
with a lip 1/8 around

on the seal surface the is a number sequence in a triangular position
of
IR 25
B9ME-3A586-A (is this a 1959 part?)
and the Oval FoMoCo

-BEST GASKET- is the only source I know of for a quality replacement seal. FEL-PRO does not make one.

Also be aware the pump is held to the front cover with specialty fasteners-

B9ME is 1959 MERC. This style pump was first used on 1958 MEL production.

A 66 LINC should have a 462 and C6.
