Angry Help I can't get the molding in on the corner window

For the life of me I can't seem to fit the new rubber molding in on the front corner window(the little one that rotates) on my 63 chevy truck. Is there a special tool, liquid or does it need to be heated or just brute strength. It's just such a tight fit I can't press it in. Was able to get the old one out and the rest of the widow door molding seems to be going along fine just that piece is the big problem. Thanks in advance for any help. Rich

Have you tried some soapy water? A silicon spray will may be called for but don't use it within 10 miles of a paint booth
