Help ID these parts
These were in the trunk of a Firebird I bought. All steel interior door tops, has window felt still on them. Two srews on each end to secure.
Very good condition, just need sanding and painting. Best guess is early to mid 60's something based on the style. Hate to throw them away but I have no idea what they're for. Anyone? |

They are the top metal pieces of a pair of door panels. The door panel board would be attached to the bottom of the metal pieces. There should be some indication of where the panels were attached on the inside.
