Help Identify this for me

Hey guys whats going on, I need one of you guys to tell me what the port is on my carb. I have circled it in the picture, i believe it to be a internal vacum source I just want to make sure.

So If I want to change this over to an electic choke kit I can use holly's kit that says

Specifically carburetors designed with an "internal vacuum source" such as 0-1850, 0-3310, 0-6425 or 0-7448.

That nozzle doesn't have anything to do with the choke. The kit you mentioned is a bolt on replacement for the manual choke mechanism shown in your picture just behind the circled nozzle. That port is for 'ported' vacuum advance and will advance the distributor as the flow through the carb increases. Zero advance at idle. This is for smog motors.

The other option and the one that I like is to plug that nozzle and use a vacuum advance port off the base of the carb or the intake manifold. This is 'manifold vacuum' and advance is maximum at idle and WOT acceleration which is where it is most needed.
