A Holley 4118's not a double pumper- it IS a dual feed, however- a lot of guys get this mixed up sometimes. Has vcuum secondaries, was originally a performance aftermarket carb for the 289/302 sized Ford. As long as the linkage can be worked out for the engine you want to use it on, it'll work fine being as how it's a vacuum 2'ndary carb. Might take some tuning, just like any carb.
