My buddy here in Charleston, WV said his rate is $51.oo per hr. State Farm accepts his estimates without question.

He is a DRP a "Direct repair" shop with a contract with StateFarm that is why they accept his estimates without question. That is the only way that I can think of where this will happen. We have been a DRP and it works that way.
