Help me put my dash together....

Ok, here goes. I have a 35 Ford pickup, I bought a early 30's dash, and an early 30's Plymouth gauge cluster.
First, Is this cluster going to look good in this dash in my 35? I know it'll be a lot of work, but it's the look I'm after.
Second, I need to find a really good company to go through the cluster and convert it to modern internals, as well as redoing the faces. I hope someone can give me some good references on that one.
Third, (If my attached pics show up) I'd like to redo the edges of the dash and have them curve into the doors like the yellow dash does in the pic. I need ideas on how to accomplish that. I have all the basic hand tools, mig welder, plasma cutter, compressor and air tools, etc. but not a lot of hands on experience with metal working.
Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks - Karl.
