help mebuilding a 32 ford roadster

in my roadster 350 chevy bored .30 over,with 350 transmission,it has harley wheels and disk brakes up front,has a ford 9' rear end,no power brakes,dual master cylinder,what will i need to do for brakes,will it need a porportioning valve ?

Valves will be required front and rear - two and ten I would recomend
