If you have a power steering box currently, a switch to a manual box will gain you quite a bit of room, it is smaller.

I tried the block huggers one time. Won't work . The outlet points directly at your pitman arn and is too close to it . I already have the manual box on mine and it will give you a lil extra room if you don't already have one.

i decided on a rack and pinion conversion its just overall a better choice in the end instead of spending the money on a different box to try and sqeeze it in just wanna eliminate it and all the clunky linkage and simplify and make room with a better steering system
