Hi,when i plumb a new compressor,near the top ,where the outlet is,i use galvanized pipe to make a long U shape down,,about 4 foot long,6inches across,then add a drain valve there,then back up to the height of the original outlet,with another drain,then thats where my air hose goes,so i have 3 places to catch and drain water,overkill im sure,but,only a VERY small amount of water gets by,,just before spraying I use an aluminum toilet paper filter to catch the remaining water...
