HELP QUICK Electric Fuel Pump Leaking

I have searched in the forum and cannot find anything helpfull.

I have a Holley Blue Electric Fuel Pump that has been professionally rebuilt with Holley parts with 3-8 hours on it (never ran for more than 30mins at a time). It was mounted on it's side under the car. I changed the fuel filter (inline before the pump) and turned on the car to make sure the filter was not leaking. I crawled under the car and realized the fuel pump was leaking but I could not make out where. I heard that the pump might not leak if it was mounted upright, so I mounted it upright in the trunk. I turned it on and it started leaking again, but this time i found out it is leaking out those two holes above the inlet/outlet that are small enough you wouldn't notice them unless you looked for them. It is a small leak but seeing how the pump is in my trunk a small leak will not cutt it it needs to be leak free. I called the Holley tech line but they said they are closed on Sunday. I need to have this fixed by monday because we need the shop for a tractor we will start working on on Monday. The only thing wrong with the pump is it seeps gas from those two holes it spins and pumps fine. The pump has never leaked before i checked for leaks when i mounted it the first time and the rebuilder checked said the pump was leak tested. If you know how i can get it to stop leaking (with out duct taping the holes closed because there must be a purpose for them) could you please please help me!!

pump

If memory serves those are weep holes and designed to allow the gas to leak in case of a failing seal so it is not forced back into the pump motor.Sounds like it has a bad seal to me...good luck
