Help on sanding out runs in enamel

Hey, I just sprayed some POR-15 engine enamel that I didnt reduce enough with its solvent and it went on pretty thick. It ran as it dried on the valve covers. What would you use to sand and buff these runs out?

I would sand out the runs and re spray. It's easier in the end.
