help sewing a corner

So After I got my inserts done I decided to cut up the original seat cover to get the patterns for the rest of the seat cover. Here is what the original looked like after I took it appart.



And here is the new pieces ready to sew together. The only problem is the opposing turns in the pieces and here is where I am at right now.



So when I try to bend everything to get the seams right it gets these nasty wrinkles and I cannt get it in the machine. Any suggestions other then hand sewing it LOL. Keep in mind this is the bottom of a bench seat for a 58 Chevy. That part is the end part at the rear of the bench where the cover folds down to cover the sides.
