FWIW, horns don't often die. You have checked the fuses/relay, right? W/the ignition key turned to the "ON" position, w/engine off, when you tap the horn you should be able to hear the relay click- if it's under the dash. Otherwise, it's under the hood. Look in the underhood fuse/relay box.

Most grills come right out with a few bolts or clips. This will most likely be the easiest way to access it.
Also I believe Cobalt was just trying to help and I think you jumping on him was uncalled for. There are a lot of different skill levels on here and it is not uncommon for people doing their own repairs to jump to conclusions. Your question dis not come across as if it were coming from someone with lots of experience as it is a fairly basic question.

Here are the steps
1 Disconnect neg battery cable 2 Remove front bumper (NICE) 3 Disconnect Horn connector 4 Remove bolt 5 Remove horn 6 Reverse for installation Removing the bumper looks like a bit of a task also !!
