HID Problem

so I ordered the kit for from lmc to hook up the hid lights. I did the wiring as specified on the back of the package. Problem is...I can turn on my lights and both turn signals are on on the dash, and when I turn the turn signal, the opposite side marker lights on the cluster come on and don't blink and vice versa. when i turn the lights off and turn the key on, they act as normal? Side marker lights in the front of the grill go dim when I turn on the lights also. Then when I turn the headlights off, key on, the light up bright as normal when using the turn signals. I've followed every ground and cleaned all grounds to bare metal and still no go.

I'm stumped...

Just a run down of what i did...

I got the HID harness and wired it into the existing harness as stated by the directions. Then i noticed a rigged ground wire hanging freely on the passenger side that was connected to the small ground wire coming off the negative terminal going to the battery, but it had a small clip on the end like it was plugged into the headlamp plug. So I opened up that headlamp plug, laid the ground wire inside of that, closed it up and mounted it to the core support with the rest of the grounds. I tried the lights and thought I had a good thing...then I noticed the side marker lights were really dim. So I looked at the dash and both turn signals are on, but not blinking. I turned the signal on for the left side, and the right side blinked, but not very good, or should I say bright. Vice versa for the other side.

So I turned the headlights off, and turned the key to the on position, and tried the blinkers and they worked fine and the marker lights blinked bright.

I managed to trace wires down in the front going from the passenger headlamp to the bumper lights, all the way to the drivers side looking for a cut wire and found 2 that were maybe grounding out. so I cleaned them up and taped them up thoroughly. Thinking I found the problem...nope still there. So I took the HID stuff all the way out and plugged up the old halogens and the problem still persists. I know it's gotta be a ground but since the previous owner hacked some of the wiring up I really don't know where the grounds should be? Or should I say in what sequence should the grounds go? I can maybe get pics or a video up tomorrow after i get some rest if that helps.

Thanks for anything to you have to offer!
