Post hidden hinge instructions

I have a hidden hinge kit but no instructions. Could someone email me a copy of the instructions you have? The kit is from Rocky Hinge, but most are very similar so any would be very helpful.

thanks
Scott

I emailed them several time and they haven't responded. It's been a month and I'm still waiting.
