hidden hinges

Hello, I was wondering if any of you folks have installed hidden hinges in a Model A 29 Ford roadster. I have check out some of the hinge manufactures Hagen, Rocky but they are to big so I have decided to make them my self. I thought perhaps if some one has done this they could give me a little in sight and perhaps a few pictures.
I would really appreciate any and all help in this matter.,

Hinges

I bought a set of plans off E-Bay for $10.00 and have around $40.00 total in mine...
