High temp coatings

Any of you have experience with high temp coatings with turbo applications?
I am to the point of coating the headers, turbine housings and the rest of the exhaust for the twin turbo LT1 I'm using in my Rambler project.
I've heard the aluminum colored coatings don't hold up on the headers and the turbine housings.
They have a black coating that is good to 2000 degrees and that is what I will probably use on the headers and turbine housings. Then, the aluminum colored coating on the rest of the exhaust.
I would also like to coat the mid section of the turbos with something so they don't rust but not sure what to use.

Merry Christmas.

Ed
