I wouldn't even bother with the 455. A T-Type regal with a 4.1 shortblock, ported turbo heads, TE-44 turbo, and a front mount intercooler will flat stomp just about anything used as a daily driver. It can be used as a daily car. That's the beauty of it.
By the same token a 455 built to 1970 Stage 1 specs in that light a car will do the same thing without the turbo. But with the Turbo........
