Hollander Interchange?

How acurate is the Hollander Interchange? It shows several brake calipers that interchange with my 69 Pontiac catalina.

Powerbrakebob sez,"You Have Now Are Chevelle Calipers. They Are Designed For A Thinner Rotor. Find Calipers For A Full Size Impala, Grand Prix, Cad, Or Chev C10, Designed For That Thicker Rotor"

Can I trust the Interchange? Are the rotors smaller? Will that work?
