Never fooled w/ Holley pumps but if I did, I would call or FAX the Holley tech dept. with a question like that one.

the only dofference bteween the holley blue and red and maybe the black,but the blue and red for sure is the relieve spring...the spring is like 5.00..there is a screw on the side..undo it ..be care it may fly out and dont loose the check ball...instll the new spring..and bam..a 7 psi pump to a 14..or a 14 to a 7
