Holley carb experts needed
I just installed a Holley 650DP on my engine. I checked the float levels on the carb and noticed the primary was fine but the secondary level was high (fuel coming out of the plug hole). The carb has been running on the rich side and I've already changed the jetting. The carb runs great through all ranges but the plugs are still running on the black soot side. Would the higher float level cause a rich mixture? Just curious?

how bout the plugs- maybe too cold for the new 650.

Check the float level again.
