holley carb leaking fuel onto manifold

The Holley carb on my 85 Ford f250 is leaking fuel onto the manifold and the truck backfires when i accelerate heavily and let off the gas fast what should i do?

Find the leak and fix it before it starts a fire and you end up referring to the truck in the past tense.

Bought a rebuild kit and fixed it i don't know why everybody complains about rebuilding holley carbs that **** was cake truck runs great now

To be honest I've never heard anybody complain about rebuilding a Holley. Holleys are almost the simpliest carb out there to rebuild. Edelbrock carbs are also easy. I've heard plenty complain about building a Quadrajet but in reality, it's just as easy.
