holley carb plate

Anyone have a jumk holley 750vac second carb. I am in need of the bottom mounting plate.i got the carb off ebay yesterday, when it got here it was boxed and wraped in a plastic bag and plently of packing peanuts. after opening the bag and checking out the carb, i notice the right front hold down bolt hole (ear) is missing..oh there it is setting in the packing peanuts. i write the guy he said probably broke during shipping .yeah ok setting outside the wraped carb in the packing penuts. and no damage to he box. so im looking for a bottom plate. cheapif possible, or do u think JB weld would work on this??? thanks all

Did you report it to Ebay, or PayPal? JB weld will not work for that situation. If you know someone who is good at tig welding, but that is pretty low grade aluminum.
