I agree the 650 speed demon is a quality piece! Although, I would go with the vacuum secondaries unless you have some deep rearend gears and a 2000+ stall converter(or manual trans.)! If money is an issue, I think that I would try one of the new Road Demon Jr's 625 ! WOW, a Demon carb under $260 in Summit!

Since a Demon is just a trickeout Holley, I vote Demon. It has a few more bells and whistles.

Barry Grant has actually been sued by Holley they are so close. He just makes them look fancy and added adjustable air bleeds.

I agree Turbo, it really is a tricked out Holley made of better pieces. One thing I will advise anyone running a Demon like I am, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! it`s not like a Holley, bolt it on, adjust it and your ready. a Demon is way more precise. I think that`s why some that have tried them say they don`t like them, they didn`t bother to read the instructions or may not have had them, my brother in law, a master mechanic of 30 years, got ahold of a speed demon used, and he couldn`t get it right, i gave him my set of instructions, and he loves it now. I never thought I`d see a carb I had to read the instructions on to get right and neither did he. One thing I will say for mine, when the secondaries come in, it leaves, I`ve ran Holley`s, Q-jets, edelbrocks, never have I had a carb that has the power the demon has. Just my 2 cents.
