Holley pro-jection 2D

I'm installing one of these systems in a chevy 305, I'm using a oem TBI manifold from a truck 350 engine, I got surprised when I realized that the chevy's tbi bores were smaller than the holley's so I had to chamfer them to make a smooth transition from the tbi to the manifold, I have all the linkage problems sorted out, also I had trouble with the HEI's vaccum pot interfering with rear exit heater hose, no big deal anyway.
I would like opinions and comments about this system, I'm doing the carb to efi swap not for performance but for driveabylity, this car is a daily driver, It gave a lot of trouble when cold starting, had to let it idle for 15 min or more just to be able to pull off the driveway, if not it would stumble and die several times.

please comment.

Augusto.
