There is no canned answer. If you are not having an issue you probably will not see any difference. If you are experiencing a stumble then it may or may not help. A carburetor is something that if you dont know what you are doing and why you are doing it you probably will make it worse.
I dont see and real performace to be gained by upping the squirter size. The first adjustment is usually the pump cam or actuator. I would look at these if you are having a stumble issue first.
