I just installed a holly fuel pump on the frame next to the gas tank on my jeep wrangler and left the fuel pump that was in the tank alone but my holly fuel pump is not pumping enough fuel do I need to put a bulk heed adapter in the bottom of my tank to my holly fuel pump to make it work like its supposed to

Hopefully a mod will move this to the right forum for you.

If you have EFI, you need a higher pressure pump than a carb-type electric pump supplies. So does the pump match the system?

We can get into the correct way to mount it, but basically you want the pump lower than the level of the fuel.

Yea the pump pushes 7.5 psi like it should i drop the tank and and I had a marine gas tank and put it in the back of my jeep and set it on its side so the fuel would run out the bottom and flow to my holly fuel pump and it pumped the gas like it should and held 7.5 psi so should I instal a line at the bottom of my fuel tank so the fuel will flow right

If I'm following you, you say the pump works correctly if it's below the gas tank. If that's the case, plumb it like shown here:

The main point is the pump likes to be at or below the level of the fuel in the tank, and it likes to be as close to the tank as possible.
