Home made spacer?
Hi,
I have a problem, & I would like some help please. I had to get some really tall valve covers for the girdle to fit, & they have large a/n fittings for the evacuation system, I need to raise the plenum, but they have no spacers for what I have, So, I have some cutting boards made from that hard white stuff, I have 3/8, 1/2, & 1" thick I want to use one of these as a spacer, (it will be a good heat stop also from the manifold to the plenum) with the thin paper gaskets on both sides of the spacer any thoughts on this? Thank you, rich |
