Hood Scoop Bonding

I am going to get an L88 hood scoop that is fiberglass from Summit and I am going to put it on my stock SMC, not steel, hood from my 82 Z-28 for something different and my question to those of you familiar with those types of products is what works best when bonding the scoop to the hood? What have people used that works without any issues since I only want to do this only once. I read all the wrong things to do in other threads and I just want to get it right.
Thanks in advance for input.

3M 8115 Bonding adhesive, not cheap but works great. SEM and Lord Fussor also make equal products but I like the 3M better.

Thanks, I appreciate the info and will check my local paint supplier for that product.
