Hood straps?

I'm looking @ taking side panels off hood of my 30 A coupe in the summer. What is a good way to latch down the top of hood? I've seen some straps with buckles with chrome springs in the middle. Does anyone know where I could find these and who makes them. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you checked with speedway motors yet they should have something like that, or you would think they would.

You can find the materials in this company's catalog - http://www.restorationstuff.com/ pages 50 and 51. Stuff "ain't cheap" but I need some straps as well, so did the lookup.
