Horn kit for early GM column/Trans Am wheel

I know this is a common question but I haven't found the answer yet. I have an early GM tilt/telescope wheel, '65 with no column switch and a Trans Am wheel, maybe '77. I believe the harness is intact (everything else works) but the wheel has only a homemade horn pad with no spring or switch. Does anyone have part #s or info on this GM/GM combination?
