What about your headers?
You didn't mention if you added headers to it. Four into one headers will produce more power in the high rpm range. While try y headers will make good power over a broad rpm range. Long tube headers produce more low end torque than shorty headers or block huggers, but not as much horsepower. Yeah before we know about the heads, it's anybody's guess. Put it on a dyno without different heads, then add new heads and run it again. Then get back to us.

If you don't have the parts already a carb. will be cheaper to use and set up. Many people think that FI systems are above carbs and for MPG I tend to agree but when it comes to power carbs are great. No way to give an est. on HP in a 350 the 280 cam will have a pretty good lobe to it I would think. You'll be making power furtuher up on the RPM band...
