Horsepower

I am a novice with a question about increasing horsepower. I bought an really nice 1963 chevy Bel-Air that was changed from an original six cylinder three speed on the colum to a 350/350T.H. I researched the engine serial number and found out it was a four bolt main truck motor from a 1975 3/4 or 1 ton truck.
The engine was bored .030 over and has a mild race cam. The carb. is a 650 Holley and the ignition is a distributer type Electonic from a 1979 Monte Carlo.
The engine, according to the serial# was rated at 160/170 HP. With the information given, how much HP do you think it has now?
It also has the cast iron exhaust manifold with 2 inch stainless pipes.
As A second part to the question, how much additional HP would I get from installing headers?

Thank you for your assistance.

Mike

Mike, If you want to raise the HP change the heads, flat top pistons with at least 10:1 compression
