Son, you've made one of the most common rookie mistakes with your cam selection. The camshaft itself does not dictate the power made in a motor. It is just one part that must be matched with all the other parts in the motor to do a good job at whatever it is you want the motor to do.
To do its job correctly, that cam will need a static compression ratio of somewhere between 10.5:1 and 12.0:1 and will make power from 3500 to 7000 rpm's.
Without the proper parts and pieces to support this camshaft, you can expect the car to be slower than it would be with a stock motor.
